Our Most Wondrous V.I.P Tour: Secret (Garden) R.V. Ranch

Mr V and I are special, at least that’s what our remedial grade school teachers told us. Should we then be surprised that people jump at the opportunity to amuse us? I think not. At the Silver Bullet R.V. ranch we were given a grand tour of the grounds. When we returned to our truck we were greeted by a bushel of musicians eager to serenade our departure. We also discovered an envelope under the windshield wiper. Imagine our delight…two coupons for a night of fine dinning at Buca di Beppo. Please John try to keep your contempt in check.

Yeah, I like that word better.
I love the Secret Gardens that women have.

Who is the guy cleaning his fingernails in the drink? Rather bad form, I think.

I have only recently been made aware of the di Beppo, what can you say…a free meal is a free meal. Beautiful full moon behind those Airstreams and Avalons, recognized by the camping cognizatti as the nicer travel trailers. And yes, you are special, the both of you.

What band?
Shades of Ansel Adams.
I like the Tex Mex finger bowl.

you are making me very envious with those shots – and I don’t mean tequila or what ever they serve at Beppos…Amazing scenery & color & staging.

There is something very exciting about abandoned art & architecture and some of my favorite times as a tourist are when Lisa and I have “discovered” something by ourselves, often that we don’t understand. Watching that footage of you wandering through that desert house reminded me of the beginning of “Texas Chainsaw Massacre”

It’s beautiful place, but Contempt art ignores nature completely, unlss its about their brilliant ideas transforming it into trendy sterile environments. Would be nice, but proabably stuck with rich old lady art, as their kids who litter trendy acadamia aren’t much better. Used nature, not as a part of it but thye get all cute and clever. Enough of that in Culver City, Santa Monica and Downtown already. We go for the beautiful oak tres and flower gardens.

Must be another John Mr V. is discussing. You do realize Buca’s is a chain owned by Sylvester Stallone? Guess he needed some place to house his art cheesy art collection. The rest of the day is enviable.

Typos should not be considered a sobriety check but sometimes I’ve got wonder.

I think the hand motif you liked here is the hamsa, the Mideastern kamea against the evil eye.
