Eight artist have distributed their art throughout the Altadena Community Gardens. Two of the artist I know. One better then the other. And her work is amazing. Look for the birdbath. Go.
Only open on Sundays it says. Is that right? I’d love to see it before I leave this Sunday.
Our Editor Responds: E-mail them (I have) and tell them your on your way (say your a friend of a friend of Rachael’s.) Someone must be there. I’ll let you know what I hear
I’ve put up a blog post on the show and sent a tweet of this post to Altadena Patch. I’m a friend of Rachael and an acquaintance of Marnie. What will make it possible for my friends in the Altadena/Pasadena area to be able to get in there? I don’t see my blog audience as the ‘make an appointment’ types, but they are people who would be curious and like to visit. Is there a name they could drop?
thanks – looking forward to visiting Pasadena Adjacent

Hi Pasadena Adjacent,
The show is officially open on Sundays… Thats when I will be there from 11-4. This Sunday, the 25th, I will be there from 9am with coffee and donuts.
Any other time would be by appointment, which would mean writing to this email a day before so I can inform the gardens about visitors.
Thank you so very much for your kind assessment, my dear Petrea!!! I will see about including your “Camelot & Vine” in the upcoming Thinking of Christmas Gifts in July 2014 series. Hey, virtual stocking-stuffers could become the next big thing!

Oh well, then someone around here is going to have to put down the champagne and try to get it together.
Our Editor Responds: I expect you to jump the fence and set a proper example. You disappoint me.

I can’t believe I missed the coffee and donuts, and practically in my backyard. Glad to see I can still see the art. Next Sunday for sure.
